Local FunPass Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Local FunPass reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the Local FunPass program.
  • If Local FunPass refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.
  • Membership cancellation by participant received within 3 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $20 service fee.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Local FunPass (P.O. Box 407, Islip, NY 11751) by the cancellation deadline.
  • All refund requests must be made by the credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must be accompanied by a printout of the original purchase receipt.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment less $20 service fee.
