All of our meals are made from all-natural, quality, and organic ingredients. Each meal is portioned to scale a proper nutrient-dense food portion. Every menu item is prepared gluten-free. We take dietary restrictions and food allergies VERY seriously. Minimal organic extra virgin olive oil is used. No butter or salt is EVER added.
